High End Japanese Citizen Chronomaster Ultra Accurate Watch Available
The main draw of the Japan only Citizen Chronomaster (previously discussed here) is really the movement. The Citizen A660 is a thermoline quartz movement that I spent some time discussing here. In summary it is a specially designed quartz movement that is able to modulate the vibration of the quartz crystal in differing temperatures to ensure consistency, which in turn allows for greater precision. A thermoline quartz movement is accurate to within about 5 seconds year! The Citizen Chronomaster is one of the nicest Citizen watches to embody this wonderfully accurate movement (same type of movement in the Breitling Aerospace).Now, because I have discussed the merits of this watch, I will briefly mention that one is available at a very fair price on eBay right now. Looking for a good watch repair place near Philadelphia
I have a couple of watches I need to get work on. One is an Omega that needs a new crystal and to get cleaned. Another watch that just needs to be cleaned and a third that needs a new crystal and possibly some retouching of the luminos parts of the face. I am thinking about two different places and wondered if anyone was from the area and had any dealings with them. I'll also accept any suggestions. I am definitely trying to stay away from any place that needs to "send away" the watch to have it worked on.The two places I am considering is Govberg, apparently they do repairs upstairs from their store (this is just outside Philly), the other is Ed Christine Watchmaker in Allentown. I like Govberg cause it is right next to where I work, but I am leaning toward Ed Christine Watchmaker. Suggestions, opinions?

I got to see my Christmas present
I can't wait til Christmas. I got to check out my present, a Christopher Ward blue C60 today to make sure it was okay. Now I have to fork it over til the 25th of Dec. Already having the black version which I love, I dropped a hint about it and the 15% sale on Tridents over this past weekend. It was ordered Thursday nite the 21st and it shows up yesterday ( Monday the 25th).
