- This watch is so easy to read and looks so good! The face is pretty large but I am a guy (6'4) so it looks great! High quality leather band. With the fancy presentation box, this would make an excellent gift.

Maurice Lacroix MP7158-SS001-901 wrist watches news:
However, since Breitling is a brand that I have had more emotional investment, my ultimate commemoration of the brand of watches for me was to have a corresponding pair of Breitling SuperOcean heritage watches engraved to commemorate my marriage to my wife. I have explained in a blog on the corresponding SuperOceans it year last right before our marriage.
I just got this Omega and was hoping to get some help verifying authenticity/identifying it. From what I saw looking at pictures on here and other sites, I would date it to the 1960's but am not sure. It is yellow metal (gold plated probably). It has "OMEGA AUTOMATIC" and "Seamaster" on the face, as well as a date square. The back has the Seamaster emblem and says "SEAMASTER" but HAS no writing beyond that. The winder doesn't have an omega on it.The band is yellow metal (gold plated?) and on the back of each bar says "Sp???? USA" in very small letters. Not looking to sell, just want to know what I have.Apologies in advance for the terrible pictures, I'll try to take some decent ones later. Thanks
I'm trying to find the short spring bars that fit the pilot bracelet used on the 43.7mm Chronomats (22mm at lugs). When doing a strap change, I lost one. There are two spring bars that are located where the polished hinge that says BREITLING meets the clasp. I've spent hours looking online and trying to find a part number and my local dealer has struggled to find the part as well. It seems to be a proprietary product in which you can't buy spares anywhere else as they do not exist. I called the AD the watch came from and spent about $60 on 5 spring bars they shipped to me...half of which were the wrong products, none of which were the short ones I asked for, and they called me after shipping the product to tell me they did not charge me the correct amount and that they would charge the difference to my card in which I told them I was sending the 'underpriced' parts back for a refund. They weren't even the right parts.I called Breitling USA and asked if I could purchase one or if they c
Greetings TRF,I just wanted to let you know that buying thin watches does have its fair share of bad sides...it's so easy to lose them! Thank you for watching, feel free to comment.
Not long time ago I bought a Rolex Explorer II 42mm polar. Right now I only have two watches, Explorer and Deep Sea, the DSSD is my favorite one. Long time ago, I had a Breitling B1 Super Quartz, I loved it but was obly 30 meters...So here is the thing, do you think I'll do right if I sell the Explorer and buy the new Breitling Avenger 2 Chrono (grey/brown dial) with bracelet and maybe later leather and rubber. If I do that, I'll keep more than 1k € in my pocket, but I don't do it thinking in money. I like the Breitling for few reasons:DateSteel300 metersCrhono that can be used underwaterDatePossibility to change straps (with Rolex I will not do it, I don't feel good)Really important, INDEPENDENT BRAND! Is that a watch for a hardly use?Best regards
