Audemars Piguet Audemars Piguet 8904 wrist watches news:
At last year’s Concours D’Elegance in Pebble Beach, Jaguar announced plans to build six lightweight E-type coupes, exactly as they would have been produced in 1963. The original "Special GT E-type" project called for 18 cars to be built, though just 12 were actually finished. Now, more than 50 years later, the remaining cars will be hand-made and delivered bearing the six dormant serial numbers. To honor the event, Jaguar teamed up with Bremont to offer a watch to the buyers of these cars, each signed with the individual serial and engine numbers on the dial. And this year at Basel, Bremont announced plans to introduce two watches into regular production, dubbed the MKI and MKII, each based on the limited series and inspired by the car itself. 1 OF 4 Both the MKI and MKII will substitute the white gold and aluminum of the limited edition watch for polished steel, and while you won’t get a serial number printed on the dial, you will get the same
My newest Zodiac came today, and so far I am very pleased. I can't take good pictures indoors, so bear with these please, I know they are bad. This is my first busy dial pilot type watch, and so far I like it alot. I have always thought Zodiac was a crazy quality for the price brand, and again, I'm not disappointed. 46.5mm All brushed stainless with no polished areas at all. Battleship grey IP center links which are coated on all surface areas including friction pin hole areas. Screw down crown (which was surprising) 12 hour chrono, (good, not a 30 min G10). Self correcting big date, Tachy chapter ring, minute bezel. Mineral crystal The case back is really nice with a deeply engraved pilots helmet, and the fold over clasp as with all Zodiacs is deeply relieved, not lazer etched. So far so good, for an awesome price of under 220.00. The bracelet is not as refined as on my Oceanaire, but it's on par with the non-reserve Invictas. Thanks for reading, and I'll post better pics
Hello,Any thoughts on DWatch and the quality/values offered? Don't have a picture, but been reading about the brand on the internet. Anyone had any experences?Thanksjaguarsix
Okay guys/gals, just a little overnight tease.I am very thankful that FedEx will find one of their trucks at my house tomorrow. LITTLE SHOT OF THE TOP FROM AD BEFORE HE SHIPPED
I went to watch store today, and salesman offered me this:Omega Speedmaster Date Chronograph, just like the one on the pics.I don`t know anything about this watch(exept that it is probably a Valjoux 7750 movement inside it),I don`t know it`s age(condition of it is not exactly mint, but quite fair)...And price looks fair enough, around 850$!The thing that bothers me is that this watch obviously don`t have sapphire crystal glass(there are one or two little scratches on it),and salesman claim that production date of it is around year 2000.How can it be?I would apreciate any opinion on this watch and,of course,I would like to know real production date of this model! Please guys, help me with this.
