- I have read other reviews that commented about the time and difficulty in setting the time and adjustments, but I was pleasantly surprised that my watch came preset with the correct time, date, month, etc. Excellent customer service from , much appreciated, beautiful watch as well.

Hammie QNE first impressions......
Well.excellent work y'all that helpthe Hammie Corner Forum started..thanks to John for making this happenedMy Aviation QNE arrived a few days agolove the watch look/fit/finish ...a big piece , it shows all of those 44mm yet despite that, it is very comfortable to wear...accuracy is a PLUS 2 seconds every 24hour period (as per my atomic clock reference) at par with my Omega Seamaster (Bond GMT), better than my Rolie Sub TT (at 4 seconds plus/day) amazing considering I paid a fraction of the cost of the above named pieces for my HammieI changed the rather utilitarian strap (IMHO) to a genuine tan round alligator piece from the folks at the JRT Exotics Shop, taking advantage of the current deals on straps at one of the 2 Shopping Networks...A couple things I would like to see improving ..lume is poor and should be a lot better in a model line intended for pilots,the crown is not a screw down deal ...call me a freak but, I like (used to) the screw down feature in ALL my pieces who are r

I've been looking at a few Stuhrling watches online and they look like they have some really nice pieces at very affordable prices. Does anybody own any of these watches and what is your opinion of them are they good watches, mediocre or something to stay away from? Any input or advise would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi guys. I recently joined the forum and let me first of all say what a great place this is!I have been a long time admirer of Audemars Piguet but haven't looked seriously at adding one to my collection (mainly Rolexes) until joining the forum and learning more about AP and seeing all the beautiful offshores you guys have. Not looking to buy for a few months as only just decided to get an AP and want to spend some time thinkng over what to get. I'm wanting to get something that looks equally good on bracelet and strap. Currently thinking Safari as I love it on the brown strap but haven't seen any pictures on a bracelet. Have any of you put your Safari on a bracelet and if so would you mind posting some pictures so I can see how it looks. ThanksRuss
