- Purchased one of these that lasted less than 90 days. Traded it in on a new that had the same results. Very comfortable watch. Just doesn't last long. Moisture forms under crystal on both of them.

Maurice Lacroix MI1057-SD502-130 wrist watches news:
Looks like the folks at Zodiac are reviving one of the company's seemingly most popular watches, the Zodiac Oceanaire. The bummer is the Deep Reef is a quartz. Nothing wrong with quartz, mind you, and it's good to see they are doing something with the design of what I consider their best model since Fossil took over the company a few years ago. But why can't it be an automatic? Here's a pic, from the Zodiac Web site, and the specs, per the company (BTW, MSRP is $225):ORIGIN: SWITZERLAND DIAMETER: 44.40mm (LARGE) MOVEMENT: QUARTZ CASE FINISH: SHINY/BRUSHED WATER RESISTANCE: 660 feet (220m) ATTACHMENT: CAOUTCHOUC RUBBER CROWN: WATER RESISTANT CASEBACK: SCREW BACK CRYSTAL: MINERAL BEZEL: UNI DIRECTIONAL Thoughts?
I just recently purchased two new watches and I am already negotiating trades with them. It hasn¡¯t even been 2 weeks since I was in the AD purchasing them and now I am getting ready to say goodbye. So I am wondering, what is the average time you spend with a watch? For me it seems to range between a few months and a few weeks. Best regards,-jdp87
I am intrigued by them. I have a couple of girlfriends who love them. I personally like the ladies roadster but cannot justify the price considering it is quartz.Any of you experts can chime in on the quality? Are they good watches or more of fashion watches like Hermes and chanel watches.
AP ROO BUMBLEBEE... I saw one in the wild last night and thought it looked fantastic... Any owners out there who can give me some pros and cons.... Thanks in advance!
I am starting to debate my next Patek purchase. I am dead set on either getting the 5970 or the new 5270. I like the 5970r aesthetically the most and the 5970p the second most but there is a big difference in price. I am debating going with the new 5270. Obviously it is only made in white at this time. I would love your overall thoughts and thoughts on short and long term collectibility of each piece. Thanks in advance!
