Technomarine 115091 wrist watches news:
Hello everybody. This is my first post in this forum as I'd like to know one thing that is smashing my mind every now and then. I come from Italy and I'd like to buy a Breitling Emergency.By looking at the official site I read that it has a 43mm case, 15,7mm thick and a weight of 85 gr.I read here and there, on many sources that people feel it like a BIG watch afterall. But, two times I've been holding one for real (when I was in the UK), and BOTH times it felt VERY THIN and light and NOT that bigger than my current Omega Seamaster 300 (classical James Bond model)....I've never had the chance of actually measuring it, BUT:as there have been 2 versions of the emergency (the original from 1995 to 2001 and the SuperQuartz from 2002 to nowcurrent model), I'd like to know if in the different years the size/thickness/weight of the watch was changed (improved) or not. That is: the Emergency has ALWAYS been the same? Just talking about the emergency, NOT the Mission (i know that's huge...)...t
Got my hands on an Illinois Watch Case Company Semi-Hermetic Trench Watch Case today but I am having trouble getting it opened. I am absolutely certain that the bezel and the case back are screwed in and do not pop off. Tried heat, tried cold, tried penetrating fluid, no luck so far. Any help would be super! I brought this to two different guys that I normally do business with today in the Chicago area and they did not want to touch it. As you can see from the pictures there is not a lip on the bezel or case back to grab onto with a tool in order to unscrew them. 100% of the time when I have asked a question you guys have the answer, hope we stay perfect!
There I was 2:30 in the morning the seconds counting down - - - 2 to go - - - me thinking I might actually get this one - - - and then - - - aaarrrghhh!!!!!! - - - prepurchase outbid (everymans nightmare) - - - who was it??? When I find out I'm coming around and graffitti your house. Gotta get Hammersnipe.
Hello guys, dont really find something about these special watches here at the Forum. It's not the same as the 24H Daytona or 24H Le Mans watches, given from Rolex to the winners, the Grand Prix de Monaco watches are, what I think, from a local dealer in Monaco given to Racing Drivers. Example:1992 for the Monaco GP, the most exiting GP in Monaco ever, Senna vs. Mansell see https://.youtube/watch?v=YsqipJ2lSZsThe were given 3 watches, Submariners in Gold, Bi Color and Steel. Not sure for what exactly, I would say fastest lap, Winner and Qualifying. Two were auctioned bevor, see:https://catalog.antiquorum.swiss/en/...13-350?page=18https://.phillips/detail/ROLEX/CH080117/126Does someone knowes more about these unique watches? Pictures, Details?Lets see what's coming....
For example, I have an H serial 116200 and that refers to 2010 or newer and the bracelet is OP7 which refers to july 2006.Are those years supposed to match or is it fine that they don't match? Does that mean the bracelet was replaced/changed? I could not find any answers to this question. Thanks in advanced!
