What a waste of shipping for me. It's going back. I'm a girly girl and this thing is like a wall clock hanging off my wrist. I'm sure a lot more would have sold if they made a better size because the watch itself is pretty.

New Rare Submariner?
Today I was visiting my rolex AD and I ran accross something I didn't know existed. A V serial Submmariner, Black Maxi Dial and factory Black Bezel.Th AD said they just received it and he had not even noticed. Seemed just as puzzled as I was.I was not aware they made such a model. Has any one else seen it?I have it on hold as I am thinking it might be on the rare side.Any opinions?

applying lume.
bought a lume kit from bergeon. its, lume, shellac and thinner. so I mixed up some lume with shellac and applied it to the bezel markers on the vixa nettuno. after it dries, I'll apply one more coat then clean up any lume that got outside of the application area. not sure how to do that yet, kind of just experimenting with it at the moment. I have some marathons that could use this type of treatment. no sealer applied, I think the shellac binder should be water resistant. if not, oh well.:D heres a before then a after of one coat.
