Omega 2278-3 wrist watches news:
Hi.I would appreciate any thoughts, experiences of this watch as its very hard tofind in person (a London dealer can order me 1 with 2 weeks notice). I've read a lot on here but in truth there's not a lot of info around, pics would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I was chatting with the AD and I mentioned how stiff hornbacks were. She recommended putting rice in a sock, tying it off, and microwaving it until it was warm. Then wrap your hornback around it. This supposedly will help soften the strap and bend it. Has anyone ever tried this?
What is the model number for the regular production Speedmaster Professional? Is there a difference in price and depreciation on the secondary market between the model above and the one with the display back?Thank You
What's the verdict on these. I have been reading horror stories of the case cracking etc. Now that these watches have a few years behind them and still in production, what is the general impression? What do you do when a case cracks and you are out of factory warranty? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using Tapatalk
Hey guysAfter much contemplating, I pulled the trigger yesterday and bought myself a 2006, 14000M, Rolex Air King. Watch is in excellent condition with only one previous owner who barely wore it and it just had its first service a couple of weeks ago. I already have a 116610LN and thought this piece looked quite dressy and gorgeous (I'm a sucker for applied batons). Watch is in the post by next day special delivery and will have it tomorrow. Let me know your thoughts guys, a link with pictures of the watch :- https://.chrono24.co.uk/rolex/air....htm?showAll=1
