Michele 12A000010 wrist watches news:
The image pictured represents two things. First, the type of traffic environment I will be facing in Los Angeles, and second, that the next few days are going to be slow on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. I will be out of town, and thus pretty busy until December 2nd when I return. Its possible I might get to post one or two of the days I am gone, but I like to let you know when I might not be around. There are a few interesting watch reviews coming up that should be good reads, so some of the time spent away will be with the new acquisitions. LTake care, and happy Thanksgiving watch lovers!
Presently trying to get one of the remaining FC Divers - I have been speaking with the local AP rep (who sounded credible but I take his info with a grain of salt). He told me, that the FC cases are pretty tough at the outside, but more inside - the material is pretty grainy and soft.He told me, that AP replaces casemids and bezels for special prices because the material can't be polished ( I am sure that he's right on that). Now, I intend to wear the watch for some decades and would be disappointed, if the case gets softer when the edges are slightly worn off - so I wanted to ask the experts here if anyone has further infos on this topic.I've also heard about corrosion on FC but failed to find anything futher on that as well. Thanks!!!
So I made the recent decision to flip two of my PAMs for a Lange 1 MP.. And while that deal isn't even complete yet I'm already thinking of other ways to freshen up the collection, namely to trade my ROO Panda for a 15202 extra thin..I have a small wrist and instinctively the 15202 should thus fit better, but I have tried a different RO before and it was difficult with the stiff bracelet which doesn't bend at th lugs..Since I can't find a piece to try on at the moment, any thoughts on the trade? Would you do it?Cheers and hagwe!
I am so happy with my Speedy Pro that just arrived today. I am now scratching my head, wondering why I never added this to my collection earlier on. Better late than never!
I noticed today while using the jump hour function on my rolex explorer ii ref 216570, if i change the hour hand too much the minute hand starts moving and i have to reset the time. anyone else have this type of issue? should i take it in for a service or just have a watchmaker look at it?
