- I did not receive the instuctions with the watch. I had to call supplier to recive it. I have received it. I like a leather band, the large face,and it is easy to read. I have not used it enough to talk about the function.

Montblanc 111622 wrist watches news:
Did you look up at the sky last night? If not, you just missed a totally amazing lunar eclipse. It was not just any eclipse – it was a complete lunar eclipse with a super moon, or perigee-syzygy of the Earth-Moon-Sun system, as the astronomers like to call it. Of course a syzygy – alignment of the sun, the earth, and the moon – happens every new and full moon, but to have an eclipse when the full moon is at its closest to the Earth is something that will not happen again until October 8, 2033. For the occasion of what is also referred to as a blood moon, HODINKEE sent journalist Mr. Anders Modig to moon-phase, moon-face maestro Stepan Sarpaneva, the independent watchmaker based in Helsinki, Finland. Just before the eclipse, Sarpaneva was freaking out. 1 OF 7 “In general I am super-sensitive to the moon, strange vibrations. This whole week I have really felt the moon rising. And now there is an eclipse coming? I don’t want to think about it;
I¡¯m ready to purchase either a Mark XVI (325501) or a Pilot¡¯s Chronograph (371701). Haven¡¯t quite made up my mind between the two, but I suspect that my, let¡¯s call it, senior eyesight makes the Mark XVI with it¡¯s nice clear numbers the more prudent choice than the sexier but naturally somewhat busier chronograph. But sexy is nice and I may wind up succumbing to the lure of the chronograph. Anyway, I have a common and I¡¯m sure tiresome question. There¡¯s no IWC AD in my state¡ªthe closest ones are in Richmond and Atlanta¡ªso I¡¯ll have to make this a long-distance purchase. The path of least resistance would be the well-known NYC Megadealer with outposts all over the country, but I¡¯d really prefer something a little more personal and less factory-like. I¡¯d be enormously grateful if knowledgeable persons would be willing to privately recommend a dealer or two with whom they¡¯ve had good experience and who they know would be willing to work with a long-distance customer. A discount would be
Hello all,I am expecting a Boutique-only watch to arrive soon and I have a question about what happens to the watch when it arrives. Do the Boutique staff keep it in the back for me all wrapped up in whatever the factory sends it in? Does it go out on display until I physically go there and pick it up? This is my first AP, so can anybody shed light into if the watch arrives in some special package (the way a sealed PP does) or otherwise?I sometimes hear that people see a watch in the store (can't recall if it is the Boutique or AD) and the staff say sorry that watch is spoken for, it isn't for sale but people are still able to try it on. To be honest I don't like the idea of a bunch of other random people trying on my watch and playing around with it before I take delivery.Am I able to tell AP to keep it in the back and not have people testing it out while I wait for it to arrive? If this was a car dealership, I can't imagine other potential customers test driving a car that you o
Advice pls! Does the ROO look too big for me? My wrist is small like 6 and 1/3 so want to get some honest opinion before i spend too much time researching the line!Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Last week I decided I was going to sell my Panerai 605. I had had plenty of admirers and people saying, 'if you ever get tired of it'...The 605 was a beautiful piece but it was just a bit too big and chunky for my wrist. The 47mm 1950 is just too big for me. The 1940s however is beautiful.Annnnyway, I contacted a member whom I have dealt with here before, on Friday, to ask if he was interested. He was and he suggested he would trade this peice.We met the next day, both our eyes lit up and the trade was done.When you both feel you've traded well that's part of the joy of this hobby of hours!The closer I look at this watch the more fascinating it becomes.Now that i have Panerai,Rolex, AP and IWC I am having a problem in choosing which watch to wear!
