Montblanc 110703 wrist watches news:
Are they any Citizen fans in the house? If so what is your favorite? Best Regards,Thomas Carey
I hope I¡¯m in the right place with this post. I wandered into the Victorinox Swiss Army store in the Westchester mall, White Plains, NY. Nice store, but the wall with all their watches displayed was particularly very cool. Also in this upscale mall are Omega and Tourneau. These two stores I always go in and browse the show cases. Back at Victorinox my eye caught the Men's 241356 Dive Master 500 Automatic. I tried not to bat an eye when he told me it listed for $1,295.00. I did some research and actually found it at Amazon for $753.00. I can¡¯t help wondering why someone would go into Swiss Army and pay another $542 bucks. Just wondering about that and if anyone has one and did a review?
Found this at a yardsale. 1$ for a manual-wind? Who could resist!I know absolutely nothing about Sandoz watches. I don't even know if this is a mens or woman's! It doesn't look too old, maybe 70's or 80's? It looks like it was an expensive watch. It does still work! Seems to run and keep time fine. Not that I can tell what exact time it is...I don't know what the bezel is made out of, though I'm assuming it's goldplate. The movement is very nicely done! I love the gold color. It looks like a ladies movement so I guess it's a ladies or unisex watch. The movement is marked "17 jewel. Swiss. Sandoz"If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know!
Hello all,Out with the 42mm ROO, incoming a 44mm Panda. Can't wait. Any pics of big pandas on different straps? Other than oem, any other manufacturers I shoul look at if I want to add a few diff straps?I love the look of the Black rubber but curious what other combos might work. Thanks or suggestions and pictures. Roger
Sorry, this might be long-winded but it's a BIG purchase and I hope you don't mind a couple of minutes reading about a first world issue! :-D I don't know what's up with me lately. I keep picking up watches I've either always been uninspired by, or disliked.Today was no different as I passed a Patek dealer. There was an Aquanaut staring at me in the window and I was suddenly filled with trepidation, as I knew entering the store most likely wouldn't be great for my wallet! The Aquanaut has always stupidly/idiotically/crazily/mentally sat in my mind as the poor man's Nautilus. I now see the error of my ways as I'll explain below. I see how my judgement has been skewed from reading posts on forums created by people who will probably never even own a PP, or at least try an Aquanaut. People with inferiority complexes most likely, and therefore people who probably can't see what IMO, they appear to be missing. That's the power of marketing I guess, as it makes us feel the need for the more ex
