Cl¨¦ de Cartier Mysterious Hour Watch
The Cartier Cl¨¦ ("Cl¨¦ de Cartier") Mysterious Hour watch is probably my favorite new Cartier men's watch model debuted here at Watches & Wonders 2015 in Hong Kong. It is actually a combination of three existing Cartier elements. First, is the also new-for-2015 Cl¨¦ de Cartier watch (hands-on here) collection case. Next, is the in-house made Cartier caliber 9981 MC which was debuted in 2013. And last, is a presentation of Cartier's particular form of semi-skeletonized dial that we have seen from almost the beginning of Cartier's higher-end "haute horology" collection of timepieces.In 2013, I went hands-on with the Rotonde de Cartier Mystery watch that was inspired by historic Cartier clocks which use transparent discs to move hands. These were dubbed "mystery clocks" because it was not obvious how the hands were connected given the illusion that they were floating. SDDS - King Of The High Seas
"Change is the only constant in this world." This edict has been the compelling reason why I chose to own two of the most unique and technologically advance timepieces in the market today -the IWC Topgun Ceramic Doppel Chrono and the Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea. Both are, beyond doubt, very distinct from the normal melieu found in their respective dens.I just got my SDDS tonight from my AD in Manila. The funny thing is, despite its purported huge size, I thought it was dwarfed by my IWC when I first saw it and tried it on my wrist. But of course my Topgun is 46mm compared to the 43mm Deep Sea. Other than its diameter, what I instantly noticed was the height of the bezel. It is indeed tall. The first time I saw it in my wrist, it kinda looked odd. I even thought it protruded too much. But after seeing its reflection in the mirror, I came to realize that its height gave it a sense of regality, if there is such a word. I always beleived that the mention of the name Rolex connotes some sort

Tag's $250k watch. Despite the big price tag, there is more than 20 ordered at this yrs Baselworld. Five years agoif you ask whether Tag Heuer is capable of making a tourbillion, the clear answer is no. Does this watch qualify as a high end watch?
