I love this ad. Just noticed it in the November issue of one of my favorite travel magazines. I put this magazine in my car a month ago and forgot about it. I found it today, unread, under the passenger seat. It's the first time I've seen this ad.If I was Rolex-less, this ad alone would make me want to seriously think about going down to my local AD to check this bad boy out! I passed my AD today and in the window was the Deep Sea right next to the Rolex Submariner (no date). I showed my wife how much thicker the new Deep Sea is compared to the Sub and she said "You men. Thinking about a 15202
The more I look at it the more I am mesmerized by it. I think it would make a good companion to the 5712 and the chronometre bleu. But I'd probably have to part with one or two of my watches to make room so question is which would you part with? These are the watches in my collection that I wear the least (though I wear the ROC more than the other two) but the ROC was my first nice watch. Also would you think having a Jumbo and a ROC would be too repetitive? In the last 3 months, I have sold:Rubberclad black57th StreetGentleman DriverNovelty RoseLegacyGP Rose GoldBB (to be fair sold some time ago),and the Novelty Platinum is on sale currently.This will leave me with zero APs.I am looking for inspiration to get me feeling the love again. The Tourbillon RG/Carbon ROO is a possibility. Other ideas? Please bear in mind it must be at least 44mm.Help please! Therapy may be an option too.
