- I really love the idea behind the watch, but for the price, I expected a little longer band for a man, and that the stem would have been out in order that he got a fresh battery to start.

- I had to buy a new band as was to for my wrist, was disappointed as I really like the band as well, went to an expandable on in silver and it matches quite well with watch!

Audemars Piguet 26151PT.OO.D028CR.02 wrist watches news:
A couple of weeks before Basel, I had the pleasure of getting to see a watch that, if it were possible, would have made my jaw hit the floor. That kind of watch that makes you unintentionally ignore the very nice PR person who is showing you it, because you get lost in all of the little details you need to examine and absorb. Then, at Basel, I had the chance to see it again, along side of color variations, and it confirmed that, yes, this was one of the most stunning watches I've seen in a while. The watch is the Junghans Meister Telemeter, and it's a watch to take serious note of. Not only does it singularly hit so many aesthetic pleasure centers, it's an interesting departure for this old and epic brand. If you're a regular reader of worn&wound, you will have seen Junghans mentioned a few times, first in a general article on the Meister line, a series of watches that mixes the best of minimalism, vintage and dress, followed by an article on two of the Max Bill collection, arguably
Hi,a friend, who can't speak English, asked me to post here. He has an English pocket watch movement from Kemp and Wilcox. Fact: there is no winding stem sticking out of the movement, nor is there a hole for the winding stem. Instead there is a gear on the movement. So he needs a case with a gear, which engages the movement's gear. Does anybody know, what I am talking about? Does anybody have such a watch? What my friend is looking for is, aside from the actual case, the right English word. How is such a case called in English? Knowing the names of things often helps in finding them in the internet, on ebay, etc. Would be great, if anyone could answer. I owe him, so I would be pleased to help him :-)Cheers,Marco
I've seen photos and conflicting specifications for the (2012?) Aquis Titan Chronograph, which is apparently a mix of tungsten and titanium. Has anyone bought one yet, or even tried one on? I note varying sizes on different sites. Some say 43 mm and some 46 mm. It's a beautiful looking watch and I'd love to know more.
While I know it would be difficult for many (as it sure is heck is for me) pick the top three watches you own and post pictures of them. When I state top three, I am not meaning price or value but the three you most like regardless of price. On the other hand, if it just happens to equate to price and value, that is fine also. For me, the first is easy. I always wanted a Rolex but would not foot the bill. My wife took care of that buy not being as stingy as I am and gave me this as a gift. The combination of being the Rolex I always wanted but would not buy and the gift from my loving wife, it is my solid number one!The second was much harder to choose. It being only a few weeks in the house may have influenced me some but I have wanted this watch since first seeing a picture of one almost a year ago. So coming in at number two is my latest EL.Now number three was the hardest decision for me to make. It got down to one from a group of Seiko and Citizen watches I own and this Seiko won
Just picked up a G-Shock "G-Lide" at the mall today. New watch; same crappy cell phone camera . Almost went with the bright red version but decided to get the white instead. This is definitely the most comfortable watch I've worn. Here are some pictures.
