Seiko SARB021 review
Hi peopple, I haven't posted for a while. There really wasn't much information on the SARB021 so I figure I should contribute something.The watch was purchased online from a online retailer in Japan (located in Shibuya). The entire experience is excellent. Communication and delivery is top-notch! The watch was shipped via EMS on 24th December and arrived at my doorstep on 27th December (with a 1 day Xmas break in-between). A small catalogue of the Seiko Mechanical line as well as a few Japanese postcards are included in the shipment. What more can I say? On to the watch. I don't have the patience to photograph the entire unwrapping process haha The watch was quickly unwrapped, sized for my 6.25" wrist, adjusted for time, and on my wrist double time. And it sits really well.Casing: SS, polised beveled bezel with a flat sapphire glass in front and mineral crystal display back. The rest of the casing is a mixture of polished and brushed finish. What have I here?
Got this as part of a two watch lot. The other was the one I was after. I am trying to decide what to do with this one.It appears to have and "Endicott-like" dial but, the lugs look wrong. The dial isn't really AGN in the traditional sense, the numbers are very thin and almost look painted. The 1 on the eleven looks backwards. But, the case is nice, it has a 987 movement. The dial, if correct, is in good cosmetic shape.Depending upon what it is determined to be, it might become a project.What model do you think it is or, is it a 'franken' in need of a stem and crown?

Diver bracelet...
Seems like we've been talking about strap/bracelet options for a while now...I want a stainless bracelet for my diver - and that is becoming somewhat difficult to acquire...can't seem to get one from a boutique - they say it's not 'available'...Curious how some of you guys got yours...I've seen a few on chrono24...but the price seems eerily low...What do y'all think the best route to acquisition would be?Thoughts???Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

And it was not the watches.... The lovely lady offered it to me!I spent the afternoon scrutinising my watch and discovering things i had not seen before. Well worth getting for any Patek owner!

PAM 441 and the ceramic bracelet
I have a 441 model with the OEM brown strap. I went to the Panerai boutique store in NYC to purchase the ceramic strap to replace the brown strap. I was told it is not possible and the ceramic strap will not fit the 441. So i purchased a black smooth leather strap and it looks quite good. However, as i browse TRF i have see a number of 441's offered for sale with the ceramic bracelet. I even saw the trusted DavidSW selling a 441 with the bracelet included as well as the brown strap. Can any one knowledgeable the model advise please? Thank you
