I bought an older hamilton Khaki action automatic off of ebay. It was sold as a khaki field watch. When I got the watch I noticed it was a khaki action that was missing the crown protector. Return of an old friend.
Yesterday I finally got the call from Wynn Las Vegas that my 16710 was back from Rolex Service Center (Dallas). Turnaround time was six weeks and $872, including shipping. I gave them instructions not to touch the case or bracelet but did have Luis (the watchmaker) do a light polish on the band just to bring back a little shine. Instruction were followed perfectly and I am completely happy with the result.
