Omega Seamaster Professional and Omega Speedmaster Professional case size
Hello, I'd like to know if the watch case of the Omega SMP(2254.50) and the Speedmaster Moon watch is in fact the same case used in both models, or not? The SMP specification indicates a diameter of 41mm, whereas the Moon watch indicates 42mm. Technically, where does the difference lie? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

If It Doesn't Indicate Swiss Is It Not Swiss?
I've been going through a bunch of watches to refurbish them and typically when I have a Swiss made or Swiss parts watch it is stamped on the movement.I have a ladies Belair with Cal. 69-2 but other than "Seventeen 17 Jewels" there are no other markings.After searching I found other 69-2's that were described as Swiss but had no markings. Working watches are asking in the $50 range.How do I determine whether it's Swiss or not if there is no stamp? I'm looking for a simple countdown timer to wear on my wrist while at the gym for timing between sets. Something cheap and digital. This would be its only pupose. Suggestions please?

Hi all, long time lurker and finally decided to join because something happened to me recently.I have been collecting watches for sometime now and recently started to purchase Pateks. I recently visited an AD in the US with whom I have no prior relationship, and inquired about a highly sought-after brand new Nautilus. He said he does not have one in stock but can order one in and it will be here in 3 to 4 weeks. I asked him how confident he is with this estimate. He said 100%.We then proceeded to discuss price. Without much effort on my end, he offered a discount in the 15-20% range. I gave a range here because I am guaranteed at least 15% but he gave me a sense that it could possibly go to 20% if I commit soon.
