Omega 166.0190 wrist watches news:
OK, so I wanted to change the bracelet of my watch for something more comfortable. At first I considered the NATO strap, cuz it looks really sharp, but the reason I didn't get one is because it covers the exhibition back, one of the reasons I got the watch in the first place. So I got the carbon fiber and I like how the watch wears on my wrist now.

Hi guys,About to pull the trigger on 5170J. It will be my only Patek for a long time. I am surprised though that this beautiful watch does not get much love among the collectors here. Also, it seems to be easily available at many AD both in the US and Europe. Any thoughts why is that? Was the situation similar when 5070J was first released? Will the 5170 ever become collectable? Why is 5960 more popular? Yes, 5960 has more functionality but buying a Patek watch is not only about the features. Thanks very much for your thoughts and comments on this!
So I'm relatively new to the Panerai scene, but already love the ease of swapping straps! I love the various browns people use and think they suit the vintage image of a Pam. There are lots of them however so I am feeling bold! Managed to get a lime green oem strap when I bought the watch and love it. After reading plenty reviews here and on various web sites I decided to order a Toshi Strap. I have started tame with light blue and brown stitching. The quality of the strap is the same, if not better than oem! I cannot recommend the starap enough. Very soft and supple from the outset, fits the watch great, and is very comfortable. Not a photographer as you can see, but being a petrol head I have taken a picture of my dream watch (real) next to one of my dream cars (sadly not real and only a model one!).[IMG][/IMG]
