Hi all,After some scouring on the internet I have found this forum to be the best place to ask for help.Looking to buy a present for SO.I have found a Vintage Omega Ladymatic seemingly from 1960's.The supplied serial number is 565.002, searches on the Omega Vintage Database have returned results for 565.0001 and 565.0003, but nothing for 565.0002.I have attached some photos of the caseback, dial and the crown, hopefully someone can assist me to knowing whether it is authentic or not!Dial - ImgurCrown - ImgurMovement - ImgurMovement & Caseback - Imgur
so i finally decided to pick up an ETO but i can't decide which one i want. my plan all along was to get a watch that would look good with a black rubber sport strap (more for everyday use) as well as a brown leather strap (to dress it up a little). this will be the only watch that i really wear, so i want something that will look good with both straps. i've narrowed it down to two ETOs, H77612333 - black face with black rubber strap and H77622553 - silver face with brown leather strap. whatever one i get, i would buy the other strap separately. the problem is that i like the black rubber strap best with the black face, and i like the brown leather strap best with the silver face. unfortunately, buying both is not an option! this is all new to me and you guys are the experts. so what does everyone think? i know it comes down to personal preference, but considering both straps, should i go with the black face or silver face?
