- I received this watch today and it is stunning. I gave it a 4 rating only because it took me FOREVER to pull the stem out to set the time. (Otherwise it''s a 10)It''s so and inset so tightly that I had to get a plier from my husband to grab the stem to pull it out.

Omega 231.13.44.52.06.001 wrist watches news:
Regular readers of mine know that I get a kick out of spotting watches in TV shows and movies. A regular viewer of Lost, I have always been curious to know what watch was being worn by Matthew Fox's character Jack Shephard. Of course, while on the island he does not wear a watch, but back in civilization in Los Angeles, he is always seen the watch watch. The show producers are loathe to give the watch much camera time. In fact, the only watch that was given attention was the Rolex Daytona that Jin was carrying as a business gift in season 1. But I digress. A few episodes ago (in the final season, maybe episode 3 or so) I was caught off guard as the camera gives Jack's wrist a closeup as he checks the time. Why the chronograph was running in the shot I don't know, but that glimpse was enough for me to spot the brand - Porsche Design.I still didn't know what model it was though. Searching online I couldn't find images of it, nor did I know the name of the piece. Though it was clear that

OK Breitlingers. We have a great bunch of Breitling fans here. Knowledgeable, friendly, and with a ton of Breitling knowledge. However, we seem to lag behind compared to the other brand forums when it comes to discussions. So, I'm opening the door to spit-balling what you'd all like to see. What kind of topics, discussions, insight, etc would you like to see? What kind of discussions would get your interest & spark participation? Let's talk about it. Reply with thoughts on what would be good to see. We're not looking to build a library where it's a one way street of information. We want to have topics to really bring everyone into the talk, get new information, have fun & get as much info on Breitling as we can...So throw out your ideas. We probably won't be able to do everything depending on what we'll have but hey, if we don't ask
I recently sent out my omega seamaster deville watch (1960's) for an overhaul and crown replacement. When I got it back the new crown was different from the one that was originally on the watch. It now is difficult to wind the watch, but it does work. Setting the hour hands work fine, but the date set position leaves the crown very loose. I did a youtube video to show the watch repair people that worked on the watch because I was concerned about how loose the crown was. Their reply was well, if the crown doesn't fall off, you're good. Here is a link to that video.youtu.be/cIiiWX8_s3cIs this something that can be fixed? Maybe it needs the proper crown? My research:Because I'm not sure what calibre the watch is and I don't have the ability to take it apart to find out the case back number, I'm at a bit of a loss in finding the correct crown for it. I did see some crowns that looked like the one I had on this website: .ofrei/page_147.html Not that I want to sink more money into this wat
What was included? How many links on bracelet?
