- this watch is so flashy. i looove the color, it makes any outfit pop! i would definitely not recommend this for formal wear though. but it's great if you are wearing a one-tone outfit.

Review of the Omega Watch Company iPhone AppBy: John B. Holbrook, II8/20/10
I finally did some business with the nice people at Otto Frei and got my Illinois Sangamo back on the (rail)road. Just needed a mainspring. Running like a champ. It's living in a nice Keystone Victory case until I can get some crystals replaced in my other cases.Solid gold train and jewel settings and that gorgeous half moon click.I tried to fix the cosmetic problems. With Ben’s help I had a new dial in my sights. It was the prefect one he mentioned in the Crashing Prices thread at the end of Dec. I called as soon as he got me the number but the man said I was 2 hours too late. Hmmm. I’ve often thought that with a little practice I might be able to switch out the seconds bit for one that’s not cracked. It would present a little better. I don't know what's up with all the nibbles around the top of the seconds. This is probably the prettiest movement I own. I definitely can get lost watching it.Joel
Hi everyone and thank you for letting me in.I am seeking for help in identifying a pocket watch, presumably a Patek Philippe. The watch movement has a 41 mm diameter. For this watch, I am looking for a new balance staff and any help will be appreciated.Thanks.
Dug out some NOS nylons this AM, and found some that fit the 13/16" Airman. Do you like the gray, the black, or the more period-correct (rayon?) brown? (ignore the yellow buckles please! )
I wear a blue dial 5711 as my daily and absolutely love it. It is also my only watch but I'm now looking to add another one. Below are some watches I've seen that I like but would appreciate your suggestions as I'm open to others! I generally prefer cleaner dials and I dress business casual for work. Budget is about $15k ish:--Calatrava (open to suggestions as to which model)--Rolex BLNR--Vintage Rolex (1675, red sub)--Any other suggestions? Thanks!
