Hello all;I opened the back of my Hamilton watch which says 987f series, 4216424 movement (these numbers dates it to 1930) The back says, H 6/0 sized, case # 0557308, 14 karot gold filled, wadsworth is the case manufacturer . The number on the outer case says, 7308. My watch looks like the Hamilton Lawrence model but it is not yellow 10K gold-filled only, and the Hamilton Lawrence model was made years later. My watch apprears to be white gold filled. If anyone can help clear up this mystery it would be deeply appreciated

For my 3rd watch, I'm interested in the AP RO 15450- either the SS or RG model.For me there is a lot to like about the AP RO, the design (the SS model looks fantastic and I love the metal bracelet), the fact that it's rare, and most importantly (this will sound silly)- I love the back of the watch. I love the clear caseback- when I was a kid, I owned a translucent swatch, I thought it was an amazing thing to see the inside of a watch. Then when I saw my first Patek Calatrava, I was blown away at the clear caseback and the beauty of its movement. I've been obsessed with getting a watch with a clear caseback to showcase the beautiful movement and from what I've seen, the 3120 is gorgeous and the gold rotor is stunning. I love it. Mandatory pics... I'm really liking the 15450. Either SS or the RG with brown strap. So I'm looking into these watches and am planning to buy one and keep it for life. Hi All!So...I know how everyone feels when someone sees a new member with 1 posting - but you've got to start somewhere, right?Looking for a little advice...I have a Rolex, which I enjoy, but I'm ready to buy a Patek Aquanaut.I looked online (i.e. jomashop) and see the 18,335 they want...obviously, I'd rather buy from an AD at even a lower price if that's possible? Any suggestions on what price point at an AD I can expect - or any other suggestions on buying one? Thanks in advance!
