- A lot of watch for the price. Keeps great time. Very well made. Who needs a omega Submariner when Invicta makes a fine SS Diver like this. Compare the two!

- This is such a cute watch but is very hard to get on. The size is also, no room to move around. Would rather have to size my watch er than know I bought something that is too tight and can't wear comfortably.

Omega 3689.30.31 wrist watches news:
Hi all, I have just received the watch today Sat, that I had posted about earlier asking about the Hamilton 691 movement.. Excuse my photos,T'was done with my web cam,I'm gonna have to break down and buy a Dig camera. The watch looks very good. In three hrs of wearing,it's spot on so far.. Albeit tooooo early to tell, any great movement running stories yet. I have two questions, about the movement... The last question will be at the bottom, and it's about a concern that I have noticed, after receiving the watch... It's kinda scary.... First..I have a question about this micro rotor movement, that some of you may be able to help me with... I need to know about the hand winding option on this particular movement. Yes,I know it can be hand wound,I gave it a few turns (about ten) just to get it going this morning. I own a couple of 7750's,and a few 2824's.. Both of these movements have a safety feature (if you will) built in to help prevent a broken watch from too much winding... Can
As the title says, what's your ultimate precious metal (yellow, rose, white gold and platinum) "sporty" watch? By sporty I mean it's on a precious metal bracelet not a strap, and is able to take virtually every activity daily wear can throw at it, even if you wouldn't wear it as a daily wearer. Doesn't have to be a true sport watch, just one sporty enough to stand up to the daily grind. You've won a gift certificate for an ultimate precious metal sporty watch, but you cannot sell, barter or give it away. It's gotta be one you'd actually wear. So, which ones would it be for you?
any ad in tri state that will give a decent % off on an 15400?
I'm trading a submariner for a brand new superocean steelfish plus some cash (to take care of a bill). Anyways can anyone let me know how the accuracy is on a breitling? I know they are cosc, and the one I'm getting is a caliber 17. Is this an eta movement? Or an in-house movement. I've only owned Rolex, so I'm naive to breitling. Thanks for any help with this.
Hello everyone- I am delighted to find such an informative forum!I have a dilemma, My husband bought a Rolex watch in 1988 for $8,000. The jewelry store where it was purchased provided an Insurance Appraisal which included a retail value of $15,500. When I went to a very reputable dealer yesterday, the gentleman told me that the appraisal makes no mention of the serial number and the model number had a typo 180388 s/b 18038. Plus upon closer inspection the serial number inside the watch had been scratched off and that I would be unable to sell it. I am absolutely sick over this. The original Jewelry store is still in business (after 35 years in the same town) Does anyone have an opinion on how I can approach this with them? Do you think that they will be interested in making this right? Thank you!
