Omega 3570.50.00 wrist watches news:
I will repeat to you the words that I recently told De Bethune's CEO. There are expensive watches that I really appreciate and know that I would strongly consider getting them if I had the money. Then there is De Bethune, that actually makes me angry I cannot afford it." I've written about De Bethune a bit over the years - not having too much experience with the pieces. But recently I was fortunate enough to finally meet with the boutique Swiss brand and experience the magic.Like a handful of other brands out there, De Bethune is a brand that even the most seasoned and mature watch lovers and collectors are extremely fond of. They simply do things others cannot. Their designs are out of this world, and their mechanics are brilliant, functional, and drop-dead gorgeous to admire. These watches are a dream - and funny enough one of their pieces is actually called "The Dream Watch."2011 sees the DB25 - an interesting timepiece that plays with the tourbillon in a new way. Unlike some of De
I have been looking for a white dial zenith for quite some time now.Recently I found one only about 45min from where I live. The watch is being sold by a former AD who has kept the watch in a safe. The watch is a "U" series and is absolutely new and unworn! The watch has all accessories, both boxes (wooden box) tags and all papers work stamped from his previous AD. They allowed me to remove the bracelet and check serial numbers and all is in order.Watch has never been serviced but appears to work and function well.I would appreciate any feedback on what a watch like this should sell for.I will not tell you what his offer was to prevent any bias!!Thank you in advance for any input,Wings
Well, I've been looking for a new moon-phase for awhile now. Really what I'd been looking for is a simple, 3 hand watch moon-phase without the month, day of week, etc. cluttering up the dial. Unfortunately, there isn't many to choose from. However, back in July I found it, or should I say it found me. Absolutely gorgeous looking watch, I couldn't say no.. After a couple months wait for them to arrive, it's finally here!!!!! Opened it up today and I gotta say I couldn't be happier with it!
Ok, I have 96 watches in my closet, and adding this week/month (depends on the arrival time) are these three:Rolex GMT Master IIcSeiko SKX007Seiko SKX009So, the number will be up to 99I want to have the #100 watch, and to be a very special piece, to remember this number Of course I'm open to suggestions, to hear which can be the cherry on my pieI was thinking in a Seiko Ananta Spring Drive, but I want to hear your opinions...
Here is my latest selection in my semi regular featured German watch series.Today I selected the Limes Pharo Big Date Power Reservepic and details from watchbuysOne of the many things we like about Thomas Ickler, CEO of Limes watches, is his ability to listen and to take suggestions.During a recent meeting in Europe, Thomas asked our opinion on the design of a new Limes watch - specifically, which complications did we think would be interesting to use? We responded that many of our clients were searching for a watch with both a big date display and power reserve indicator on an easy to read dial, and one year later, a brand new watch is born.Introducing the all new Limes Pharo Big Date Power Reserve (Gro?Datum Gangreserve). As the name suggests, this watch features a two window large date display below noon, and a power reserve indicator just above six. The dial on this watch is a knockout, and features many fine touches normally found on much higher priced watches. The touches include
