Omega Omega 21090 wrist watches news:
Xicorr is a young Polish watch brand committed to putting "made in Poland" on the map. We reviewed their first watch, the Circle, back in 2013. Though we found the overall design a bit divisive, we were taken with the unique aesthetic of the case and its solid build quality. ?We were most impressed with the brand’s commitment to building their watches from the ground up, with all components, excluding the movement, designed in-house and made to spec. Eventually, Xicorr would like to sell watches entirely made in Poland, and though the company currently uses third-party movements¡ªmostly from China¡ªthey hope to manufacture their own down the line.In the meantime, Xicorr has been busy releasing a number of new models, many of them automotive inspired. Today, we're taking a look at the Xicorr FSO M20.01, a watch based on the FSO Warszawa M20 car produced in Poland from 1951 to 1973 (it was the first post-war Polish car produced on a national scale). It's a bit of an obscure reference
Note: I posted this in the Rolex forum some months ago, but I think it's got enough non-Rolex watch content and interest to re-vive it here in the GF.As I'm sure most of you can relate, I've owned MANY different watches from several manufacturers, and a variety of Rolex watches in particular. My love of Rolex really started with an attraction toward the diver style watch, which of course Rolex pioneered. However, my appreciation of diver style watches did not begin with the Submariner.Ten years ago, or about this time in 1999 is when I purchased my first diver. Previous to that I'd owned some "nice watches" - a Gucci in the early 90's (remember when they were popular) and a Movado Museum watch later in the 90's - both were two-tone, black dial watches. But this Tag Heuer 2000 was my introduction to the diver styled watch:After I got the Tag, I really fell in love with the utility and versatility of the diver style watch, and began researching them. Prior to this, I'd never owned
I am wondering and i would like to ask the owners of the classic moonwatch, that it is for 30metres depth, if it's able to be washed? or you dont recommend it!
Just a quick post to say every time I wear this I love it even more!I just wore this for 9 days straight, in the blazing heat and humidity, and it felt great!! I really love this watch.VERY COMFORTABLE !!!!(oh yeah, the compliments were nice too!)
Been away from the forums for a bit to get unplugged (if there is such a thing) for a family vacation to Hawaii. Truly enjoyed Hawaii and got to visit Oahu and Maui. Truly beautiful place with stunning scenery everywhere and amazing beaches, which kept me away from the internet for the most part, but of course I had to try and check out some watches while I was there Very happy that I was able to check out some models that aren't available where I live, and the places I visited was more than friendly. So I thought I'd share some of my photos and hope you enjoy. Majority of content is Patek so decided to post it in this sub-forum, but mods, please feel free to move the thread if there is somewhere more appropriate.I was jet lagged when I arrived so what better way to start off the trip than to head out to the beach at dawn?I decided to go with my trusty G-Shock for this trip and it definitely survived everything I threw at it We hiked up Diamond Head and was rewarded with a great view
