Ulysse Nardin 583-22 wrist watches news:
I'm just about to finish paying off my LV and taking it home next month and every time I'm at my AD the EXP II white dial speaks to me. I love the white face and the watch itself but in my mind it could be a bit bigger with a thicker band.I know that this topic has been around and around quite a bit but I would hate to buy one then changes announced at the show in 2010. What is the gut feeling out there? Buy now or wait. It's not as if my money tree is sprouting $100's so I can buy both if a new version were to hit the streets in a few years.Let me know your thoughts.
I just have to choose the coral Wilshire today. I'm going to take the wife out someplace nice for dinner tonight so I may as well wear something special.
MB&F Horological Machine No4 is here! For the last three years I could not talk about this amazing piece of machinery, and it is truly a great day that I can finally share with all.
By definitionProvenance is the origin or source from which something comes, and the history of subsequent owners (also known in some fields as chain of custody). The term is often used in the sense of place and time of manufacture, production or discovery. Comparative techniques, expert opinion, written and verbal records and the results of tests are often used to help establish provenance. We know about Hamilton,Omega,F.P. Journe,Eterna,IWC,Timex, perhaps Renato and even Croton and Invicta ( though I believe that these last 2 mentioned current owners purchased the "provenance")Can anyone tell me the provenance of S.Coifman and Potger Pietri?I have been a WIS for a while and all research goes no further than their current owners.Has anyone looked further than I have and gotten a history (other than the Lalos version) of these brands?
some of you guys may know after a few years hiatus I've recently come back to this site. Last month I purchased a new 39mm Explorer 214270. Not being content I placed an order for a BLNR (which should arrive 2nd week of Aug) So for a couple of weeks I stopped obsessing about Rolexes. Well browsing the omega forums was not a good idea for me either. I now have a 3570.50.00 incoming
