Oris 674-7616-4154LS wrist watches news:
The absolute precision of the La Boulle Classic Day & Night watch is guaranteed by a robust self-winding movement.Keeping the watch secured to the wearer's wrist is an alligator leather strap. Alternatively, it can be accessorized with a Lizard strap.A delightful combination of smart technique and refined elegance, the Graham unique watch will not let its lucky owner go by unnoticed.
The crystal popped off the recent arrival, so why not take advantage for some nice macros without the worry of reflection. When life hands you lemons....well, I get the sugar and vodka but that's another story. And one full size shot just because:If you look carefully at the Longines winged hourglass logo above, you may see a piece of lint on it's left side. That happened as I was wiping down the crystals (uh, That's how I found out that there is none on it to my surprise and dismay ) for this groups shot:
Picked up this nice little watch recently. I cannot get the back off (screw-down) for a movement photo and can't see a way to remove a pin on the bracelet (I don't have a bracelet pin remover tool) to take a photo of the case back. The case back reads " SEIKO" in the center, the case serial number, Water Resistant, Movement Japan 5M62-OC7O & AO inside a box. It will run for 2 seconds at a time. When I watch the second sweep hand, I can count the progression as "one, two, stop, one, two, stop, etc". The aux button @ 2 seems to have no effect when depressed - what is this for anyway? The watch feels as though it has a rotor if I move the watch side to side in the same plane but can't confirm until I take it to the watch repairman. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks
I'm pleased to announce the creation of the new WATCH TALK FORUMS American Watch Forum - a place to celebrate American Watch Making, and discuss any and all watches (old and new) which are made in America. Please join me in welcoming the two newest additions to the WTF Admin Team, Ham X Guy and RJ007 - both have agreed to be your moderators here in the new American Watch Forum. Because we're committed to supporting American Watchmaking, we've decided to provide RGM Watches banner advertisement and promotional consideration here on WATCH TALK FORUMS. Did you take advantage of the 25% off sale from Scott Allison? He's one of our sponsors: timesofplenty. I have been searching for the right strap for my 1960 Seamaster for ages, and was happiest with a black leather Tiffany's strap:Scott had this NOS from the same era, and I jumped all over it:Dumb luck that I saw this, as I have a belt in nearly the same pattern and shoes with the same trim. A little darkening with some of the same polish I use on those shoes and it should be a nice match:This was one I was looking at for a change of pace a couple weeks ago. More dumb luck to catch his sale!Combine those with the Tiffany's lizard I caught on clearance a while back and I have a few decisions to make. Anybody else grab anything? He has a ton of vintage bracelets too, including a few logo Accutron, Longines, and Omega pieces.
