- Bought this watch more for the patriot theme than to use as a timepiece. Would have been nice if the dial was large enough to read, but then again, who cares when it looks this good.

At Baselworld 2013, two iconic sport watches ¡ª the Rolex Daytona and TAG Heuer Carrera ¡ª celebrated their 50th birthdays with new models, while another historic watch brand, one with “50” in its name, celebrated its 60th. Blancpain’s influential Fifty Fathoms divers’ watch, now an entire collection, went back to the basics of its 1953 creation with the release of the vintage-inspired Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe. The first Fifty Fathoms watch ¡ª named for the British measurement corresponding to approximately 91 meters, believed at the time to be the maximum depth to which a diver could descend ¡ª was the brainchild of former Blancpain CEO Jean-Jacques Fiechter, who took the reins of the long-established Swiss brand in 1950. I am trying to get info on my Women's Rolex Perpetual DateJust I inherited. All gold 18k band. I specifically am wondering what the watch may go for on the market. Thanks for all your help.
There was an extremely rare Special Model A on eBay the night before last. Knowing only a few guys would know what it was, I tried to make a deal with the seller, but didn't move fast enough. At least it's now in a giant collection on the left coast.
Dear All, I guess this is another first world problem. I recently got a 5396G (breguet numerals). My AD also showed me a 5205 RG with a white / cream dial during the process and I fell in love with it. I don't have a RG piece, while I am not sure whether I want to have 2 annual calendars. I know it is all very subjective at the very end but what do you think? (I might probably buy it anyways as long as I don't face a crazy resistance from my wife :thumbsup )
