- This watch is so cute. I have already recieved a lot of positive comments on it. The face of the watch is pretty which is great for reading the time but can be a bit awkward on your wrist

Oris 643 7638 7454-07 8 24 70 PEB wrist watches news:
Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice on a watch I have bought please. The watch in question was bought from eBay and needed the plexi glass repolishing so I took it to my local watchmaker and asked him to check what calibre the watch is. I now know I should have asked him to take note of the ref numbers inside so I could find out more about the watch (rookie mistake). He has told me he has worked on this type of watch before and the watch is authentic. The guy has told me it is a 562 calibre, but I have noticed you change the date by pumping the winder in & out is that correct for this watch??I will post a picture when I figure out how to do'it.Many thanks for looking.
Silly post, but........at what time does your date on your watch 'click' to the next day???Here are mine.Rolex Exp II.......23:58Bell & ross 123...00:05Breitling colt......23:59 & 30 seconds!Anyone out there with a watch that clicks on midnight? quartz not included!!!
DwatchI have been anticipating the arrival of this watch for quite some time. It came today and I was not disappointed. One major advantage of this watch is that I had the choice of case, case finish, bezel, dial, hands and color strap. Specs:?Case width: 46.5mm.?Lug to lug length: 52.29mm.?Height 17mm.?Lug width 24mm.?Weight 172 grams.?Depth 1000 WR.?Movement high grate ETA 2824.?AR coated sapphire crystal. As you can see, the watch came in a secure package. Case:What I like about the case I selected is that it has a retro styling to it, and comfortable on the wrist and the PVD coating is a deep black, which I like. I would have preferred the numbers and indices on the bezel including the ring on top, should have been highlighted to the original SS, my preference.Hands:I do not like the hands that came with this watch. However, there are alternate styles available at the website in the future.dwatch.net/
Hey guys, need your help. I have the opportunity to buy a NOS, never been worn PAM 127. Price is 16k (€). Complete with all papers and boxes. I really like it and have wanted one for ages. Is it a wise decision or should I just go for a 422 at half the price?
My perception of a new submariner no date would be that...it would look kind of shiny/gleaming. So when I went to take a look at it in the grey dealer I was pretty disappointed. It looked pretty dull/different from the pics I¡¯m used to seeing at trf. Maybe it¡¯s cause of the plastic that it was covered with..not sure..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
