- M;y husband loves the automatic day and day feature so much that he wears this watch constantly and leaves his more expensive one in the drawer. Looks very nice on his arm, too.

Oris 674 7659 4174-07 8 25 10 wrist watches news:
Another Baselworld has come and gone, and while we will be seeing many new timepieces introduced there make their way to retailers’ cases in coming months, it will be another year before we again see the new, larger Baselworld complex and the numerous redesigned booths. For those who didn’t make it to the show this year, we’ve compiled a photo slideshow of Baselworld sights taken by our own Mike Disher.[imagebrowser id=20]
Hello,I inherited this Hamilton from my grandfather. It's engraved on the back with a 1963 date, but I can't find anything on-line that will verify that year or model. I think it's a "Brock", but I'm not sure. I recently had it serviced and refurbished, but they didn't indicate the movement and there isn't anything on the back of the case. Any information would be greatly appreciated - including lug size. It seems to measure 19mm. In addition, I would like to purchase a new band for it. The one that is currently on it (which I bought years ago) seems like it's a woman's band. It's a 'regular' 7.5" lizard band with six holes and has that vintage looking logo stamped onto the band. I don't think I have particularly large wrists, but I've got to use the second to last or last hole for it to fit, and I just want more band to go through the two loops on the buckle side. I'd like to use a genuine Hamilton band....any suggestions? Thanks again for any information.KevinDSC_5419_2.jp
......I picked this little guy ( actuall maybe not so little .....32mm including the crown, and 39mm lug tip to lug tip) .....and now I have 2 ! white and yellow gold Elgins of the 30s .........So should I get this one re-dialed ? ...the numbers really shine quite nicely through the ...ahempatina........Are the hands correct ? ..........It doesn't run wound too tight, but the balance wheel spins freely when I blow gently on it ......and from the edge ..........and from the edge, where the 2 metal colors really show up the best.....and of course the movement ......so whatcha think ? .....
It's a good day when you salvage one from the scrap heap! Here's the "before" thread:Project Watch Club: "before" - Vintage Heuer...and a few pics of the replacement dial:Heuer dial came today! The original dial was relumed very poorly but the replacement cost less than what the first restoration place wanted for a refinish. Anyway, let's get to the pics (and forgive the couple little pieces of dust):This is the second watch over 40 mm in my collection, and like the other it also doesn't have the crown in the traditional place. It's pretty chunky but very comfortable. I'll have to get used to not having a running second hand anywhere, but I can live with that because I really like this watch! Alright, time for the numbers. I see these selling in similar shape for anywhere from $1500 to just over $2000 depending on the condition. I have $1446 into this:- $770 initial cost from eBay - $312 for the dial (ouch!)- $66 for the bezel- $298 for the service & restoration inc
Hi guys!I am sorry to use my first post to ask for help, but I would love to finally discover what is the model of my Patek Philippe! It belonged to my Grand papa, he must have bought in the 1950's or 60,s, I'm not sure. I don't have the box. Its made of rose gold (I guess) the band and the case. Also, I would like to know how much it's worthy, more or less. Please, I am not trying to sell the watch, I just want to have an estimative! Thanks very much!
