- My 9 year old daughter loves the watch! It is comfortable, cool and stylish. The watch is so that it does not look chunky and the clear pink jelly strap seems very durable.

Panerai PAM00311 wrist watches news:
Well I just ticked off a few boxes on my scorecard!Vintage? Check!American? Check! (at least I think so...)Both firsts for me. After Adam so kindly pointed this out on the beginner's forum, I picked up a great Waltham for cheap on the fleabay. Here's a couple of seller's pics. I'll add my own soon!Check out that box!I love the textured dial, the shape of the hands, and the numeral font!-Mark
Last night I was checking how the mechanicals were doing when I noticed the TT3 had stopped. Must have wound down even though I had worn it the previous day...oh well. Turned the crown to wind it and it felt light...a few more and usually it starts going. Not this time. Rather disappointing but stuff happens. Made note to call Oris for their send in service procedures and I called them this AM. Gal told me that the Hawthorne service center will no longer be the official repair center for Oris as of next Tuesday. After Tuesday check the website for the updated repair center info. UGh...What is going on with Oris USA? Last year they had a similar service center change and repairs were delayed This does not inspire confidence. ??? update about the distribution and servicenationaljewelernetwork.co...etail?id=20204
Breguet for me:
So sometime in February I stroll into my AD and inquire about the SD43 126600 list. Now I've go long history with this AD but not the sales person so she tells me there are no lists first come first served.Fast forward to today and I get a call from her and she asks if I'm still interested and I say hell yes. So I jet down to them and there it is in all its glory. She tells me if I want to pass there are others to call and I remind her she told me there were no lists. Laughing she tells me all SS models have lists and I just happened to be first on the SD43 list. After being on bended knee to the boss (read the wife) I'm now the proud owner of my very own seadweller 126600, and I'm stoked
Stop it. Just stop. I'm speaking to those that are regular consumers like myself who are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to buy a premium piece aka hard-to-get piece at an AD for retail. My advice to you if you fall into this category is to not flip the watch. Either pass, or keep. There are unintended consequences of your decision to flip a watch. AD's could and will literally lose the Rolex line. It's happened, it will happen again, and we are responsible if we are part of this problem. There are many, many negative outcomes that may play out as a result of flipping. For what? $5 grand? An easy $5 grand sounds nice, and while that may be on the higher end, it is possible. Looking at the big picture though, it's nothing and it's not worth it.
