The Holy Grail of Dennison Trench Watch Cases??
Hey folks,I'm an avid trench watch collector specifically of Dennison cased walthams (being from the UK this should come as no surprise) and I believe I've recently acquired something extraordinaryily special, but I wanted to run it passed you guys before I get too excited over nothing.If my knowledge is correct Dennison cased trench watches dating from 1913 are pretty rare, but I believe I have a dennison trench watch case dating to 1912!! It has a double hinged back and hinged front bezel that I've never seen before on a sterling silver dennison trench case before. It also seems to have the factory gold crown! As you can see the hallmark 'n' assayed in Birmingham dates the case to 1912. Anyway enough of me rambling, take a look for yourselves and let me know what you think.
