How did you get into Oris?With me. I got introduced to Oris watches when a friend gave me an Oris catalogue when I was 14. He gave me the 1995 the Oris High Mech catalogue. After that I went around Sydney jewellery stores collecting catalogues. Since then I always wanted to own a mechanical watch, so much that I convinced my mum to buy me an Oris for my 15th Birthday. Since then I¡¯ve always loved Oris watches. After high school my first job was selling watches in a nice jewellery store in Sydney. I¡¯ve now got a completely different career but still wear an Oris on my wrist.

How do Seikos get these weird nicknames?I understand the original "Monster" cause it was big. And I get the "Tuna can" but I'm baffled by some of the others, including Sumo

What is on your list for 2008?
I was looking at an Invicta and was just about to pull the triger when I saw the WTF watch. At the time 18 of the 30 that are to be made were already taken. So, I put the Invicta off a couple months and went with it. It is pictured here and if you want one better jump now cause they are going fast!
