Piaget GOA37157 wrist watches news:
My wife has a leather strap museum sapphire model 87-25-855. I wonder if anyone is familiar with the swiss movement in this watch? It went out for just a battery a few years ago and came back with apparently a need for major repairs. I confess I was suspicious at the time because it had been working well until the battery failed normally, so rather than pay what seemed an excessive repair bill it went into the drawer. I'm guessing many watches end up in drawers in this manner.Anyway, I recently took it out, removed the back and purchased a new battery. The movement "looks" mint inside, but one thing I noticed was that there was nothing securing the battery as I expected. It just "lays" in the cavity. Also odd was the gold or brass piece below the battery housing which seemed to have a loose screw. If anyone is familiar with this movement, should there be a "tail" or something that moves over or against the circumference of the battery? As it is now, I fail to see how voltage i
I am very happy with the new (to me) VC
Please do you have anything to stop this ragging itching that has recently started again.I had the same symptoms last year that i managed to clear up with the purchase of 15300Any way i have started searching for relief and bumped into this panda today.The search continues {sorry for poor phone pic}
I am trying to buy one and can use some help... :)It's a beautiful 1950's 14k Solid gold Omega. Seller says case, chain and movement everything is original. Both case and bracelet is solid 14k. I am yet to examine it. He claims it's all original heirloom and has never been restored. Movement has an omega symbol with 820 written under it. It also says Omega watch swiss, adjusted to 9 positions, 17 jewels. It's a manual wind. Movement seems it needs some cleaning. I am trying to figure what should be a fair price for it...any help or guidance will be appreciated... :)
I am an avid golfer and usually like wearing watches when I play. I have never used anything other than a swatch or swiss army. I recently got a 116500LN and can't seem to put it down. Would it be ok to play golf with it? I appreciate comments.
