Piaget Piaget 30308 wrist watches news:
Good Evening.I am new to your forum and I thank you for taking my question.I have been trying to locate information on a Wintex watch I own (estate purchase along with a '62 Seamaster) and I'm hoping someone may have some information to share on this watch. The watch is older (probably close to the Seamaster's age). Watch dial is orange with a black bezel ring (usual "10","20", etc. markings). Cyclops crystal. Marked "Wintex 17 Jewels" at top, "Incabloc" & "T Swiss Made T" at the bottom. Back is marked "Swiss Made-Waterproof-Stainless Steel Back". Numbered as "2225-5".I did see a note to the effect that Wintex group was acquired from the Montres Rolex S.A group in 1958. It appears they (Wintex) are now centered out of Italy. My question...does anyone know if Rolex actually put out watches under this name? If they did, is there anyplace to get info on the dates and possible styles?I guess the other possibility is that the purchaser of the group continued to market Swiss made w
Was wondering if anyone can tell me if this real or fake. The pushers screw in like the crown. The Cyrstal looks like a sapphire Cyrstal The case back looks like u need a special wrench to open it ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356818964.698400.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1356818989.428559.jpg
Hello all,First time here and first time as a Patek owner. I recently picked up this 1991 (per archive date) Calatrava 3923 and I am amazed at the quality and workmanship. I used to own a Rolex and I thought that was king, until now. As I have been researching and reading around, it does appear that the size is smaller than what is generally accepted nowadays as a men's watch (32mm). The lines and look to the watch are timeless (IMHO) and I would think they would never go out of style. What I'm undecided about is whether it is too small, which will look weird on me and also diminish the value later on. My thoughts are (while watching current men's fashion) is that the smaller watches will make a comeback. If you look at the suit's men are wearing now, they are retro to the 50's and 60's in style and cut. The large 38-44mm watches look way out of place (again, my opinion only). What do you guys think, are the smaller-midsize watches dead or making a comeback? My wrist is 7.5"
Ok, silly thread but...Anyone else notice what kind of watch that Womack fellow was wearing on The Bachelor? Caught a quick glimpse, and it looked like a Panerai...
I'm looking for an AP (probly chrono) in 41-44 but leaning towards smaller as my wrist is 6.75. Want it to have ceramic bezel if possible and only one color scheme. I don't like the color red, green, blue, orange etc. when it shows up as accents such as on the hands and yes the red daytona irritates me too. But i do like the all brown theme safari 24670, blue theme, grey theme etc because no accents (are these my best options)?. I also like the 15710st all black. Neither have ceramic bezel but they are all one color which is most important. Any suggestions appreciated...i think all the 44s are accented and seem to be the only ones with ceramic bezel so you can see how this is irritating for me. Unless there is some 42 special edition I don't know of with ceramic bezel and one color scheme. I also very much like the 26320 royal oak chrono but the lack of an in house movement with display back irritates me too. I think if they gave the 26320st a ceramic bezel and in house chrono with displa
