Rado 538.0715.3 wrist watches news:
November 3, 2014, would have been Ayrton Senna’s 54th birthday. On that date in 2010, on the occasion of the Interlagos Grand Prix in Brazil, Senna’s sister Viviane, along with the Instituto Ayrton Senna and Hublot, united the Formula 1 family along with Senna’s friends and loved ones to commemorate his 50th birthday, which featured the premiere of the award-winning documentary film Senna as well as the debut of this timepiece, created by Hublot in support of Instituto Ayrton Senna. The Hublot King Power Ayrton Senna is a split-second chronograph with power reserve indicator limited to 500 numbered pieces, stamped with Ayrton Senna’s signature. It is made entirely from materials used in Formula 1. In a first for Hublot, the case is made from carbon fiber, a material widely used in Formula 1. I am thinking about these watches and I really like the Ocean 1 and the 2000 meter Triton. My question is will they fit my wrist. I have a 8.5 inch wrist and hope that they will fit. 8.25 will fit OK too, but 8.5 is the most comfortable for me.Does anyone own these watches and will they adjust out that far with the factory bracelets? Are they fairly easy to adjust? Pins I assume.I really like the looks of these watches and after looking at all my options for the last year or so, I am getting close to pulling the trigger; I just don't want to get the watch home and find out it doesn't fit well or at all.Looking forward to a response soon!Mr. Burns
I'm currently on my hols in Malta. I dragged my wife to the local Patek AD in Valetta today and was surprised to see they had a 5235 in the window. I was actually going in to try the 5170 which was there but I don't think its for me. I was taken by the 5235 though, my only concern was it did look a bit big on my 6.75 wrist, but they could just because I'm used to 39mm.When I get back to the UK I'm on the look out to try the first generation ALS Datograph. Obviously these are very different watches, I already have the following 5167, 5711, 5146, 5396. What would you go for next The Regulator or The Datograph?
Never look for Rolex watches to purchase after 5 o'clock...I'm just saying...
