- I purchased this watch as a gift but I almost kept it for myself! It is very stylish and well made. I was very happy with the size as some women's watches are really on the wrist.

Rado 153.0283.3 wrist watches news:
I really do like this watch even if it does have a bit of the Swatch Group stench from it. Let me clarify, the Swatch Group does not stinkbut corporate culture when it comes to watch making does. "Make sure this watch doesn't compete with this watch!" "We must consider brand value!" Union Glashutte is a great German brand, but I am afraid that the Swiss overlords are keeping it from its full potential. I mean, you really can't even get the Union Glashutte watches in the US, crazy right? Well this Averin Chronograph is a nifty watch that uses the Valjoux 7751 automatic movement that I have always been a fan of (unless you don't like looking at tiny information windows). a cool watch with a nice style.See my Union Glashutte Averin Chronograph watch article on AskMenwatches-dealer here. So I bought this from Caviarboy and can't wait (should be here next week):FS: Omega SMP 2255.80 Electric BlueFirst OmegaBeen a long time lurking here, but, just joined recently.. Any gotcha's with this watch? I'm pretty excited
Alright guys.. I think we have more IWC owners out there than we realize. And what better way to get people engaged than in pictures!! Also, we are seriously lacking in a Masthead Photo for the IWC forum. So, what are we gonna do about it? We're gonna have an IWC photo contest!!! Stay tuned for details, it'll officially kick off sometime in late January. But get those cameras warmed up & start thinking of ideas.....Stay tuned, more to come....
I'm curious if anyone here has both Rolex and AP watches and can speak to the pros and cons of both. I'm going to try on a Royal Oak 15400 for the first time later this week and, coming from a GMT-Master, I'd like to know how much different the AP is in terms of heft and flashiness.
I'm new here and lusting after my first AP. I am interested in a Diver and curious to know if the movement in the earlier version 15703ST.OO.A002CA.01 CIRCA 2014 would have the same exact movement as the new 2017 version with the 18K Gold rotor. I'm asking this not only to know positively, but because I also was curious if it's possible to upgrade the earlier version to the Sapphire Exposition back? Is so, does anyone know approx how much this would cost and would AP Service perform this service? Thank you in advance!
