Rado R27899102 wrist watches news:
I read a lot of talk on this board about vintage Hamiltons, but not much about the modern ones. To me, they seem to offer a great quality watch for the money (automatic ETA movements, nice designs, etc), with a name that flies under the radar of a lot of non-watch fans. I like the styling of some of their watches a lot.On the other hand, I have heard talk that the name does not mean as much, since it's not owned by Swatch, and is not the same company as the original American Hamilton. I'm curious what your opinions are.
I say yes! I mean all in all seriousness, I find great value in the great value watches, and therefore, they are my low cost grails. Sure, I have those "grails" that we all aspire to own someday, but what's your low-cost grail? For me, it's my new baby: The Seiko SKXA33 200M Automatic DiverThe Seiko SKXA33 was released smack in the middle of the production of the Monsters and the Knights! So now, let's look closer at this beauty!: The basics:Seiko 200M Automatic Diver, SKX SeriesISO Rated DiverScrew in crown, crown guards120 click rotating all steel bezel (no inserts), lume pip on bezelThe watch is large! Hi all! I'm looking for some advice on how to go about changing my Omega Aqua Terra from its current bracelet to a strap I just received. I have the appropriate Bergeon tool, but I can't get the pins to release from the case. I have done strap changes on a couple of watches before, but this Omega is giving me a hard time. I watched Bond's tutorial (thanks Dennis), but that shows him utilizing the pliers, not the single tool. So, any advice, or do I have to get the pliers for my birthday?
Good Evening,First post, so forgive me if I have posted in the wrong forum.I have a fossil watch where the dial changes between red and blue continuously. But is it possible to add an extra colour, for example, yellow or green?Thank youLondon, UK
