- This watch is great in person and if you are looking for a different band you'll love it. Looks better in person, fits wrist well, mine is so most things are looser on me. Husband really liked it.

- The watch is beautiful, a little heavier than I anticipated. Great watch and a great value. It even came with a battery already in place that is still working.

Jorge Merino's TZ report of Panerai's Sponsoring The Pangea Expedition
Hey everyone, first post on here! My boyfriend and I are going to be traveling around Europe for his 30th birthday this summer, including a stop in Germany (Berlin is on the list, not sure how long we'll be in country). I want to contact a watch maker/manufacturer in Germany, order a watch (stock or custom), and actually go to the company to pick it up while we're there for his birthday present. I'm a complete novice when it comes to watches so I don't even know where to start with this. Price range wise I'm looking at no more than $250 US, so I figure custom won't be an option.Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. My boyfriend and his brother both appreciate good watches, so once I found a company I was going to have his brother help me pick it out. Thanks in advance everyone!-Alicia
Vulcain is a brand that is very rich in history. From the dawn of the brand by the Ditisheim brothers in 1858, when it was know for its Chronometer grade and complicated pieces, to the development of the 1st functioning mechanical alarm wristwatch (the Cricket) in 1947, the brand has been renowned for it quality. I am happy to say AZ Fine Time is now an authorized dealer for Vulcain.Vulcain-1 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrIn 1947, Vulcain also started being worn by US Presidents. Trumann, Eisenhower, Nixon, and Johnson all wore Vulcain Crickets and utilized the alarm function when necessary. Today, it is still labeled "The Presidents Watch" and even owned by our current president.Vulcain-14 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrAll Vulcain Crickets are in house manufactured in Le Locle Switzerland, the same city in which it was born. This year, Vulcain also added heavily modified & decorated ETA based movements to the series to add more variety. Vulcain-22 by JoeAZFT, on FlickrVulcain-25 by JoeAZFT, o
Holidays are around the corner... considering getting the bracelet or a leather band+deployant.I must say, I do like the contrast of the black (rubber) and the steel of the diver...Not sure if im in love (yet) with the bracelet. Convince me
Hey guys, in a bit of a pickle right now and was hoping you guys could assist me with my conundrum. For some reason, I have been slowly gravitating towards a Tudor BB. The problem is, I already have a sub no date. This is a two part (maybe three) question.1. Is the BB a good compliment to the sub or is it too similar that i should just find another piece instead2. I found a good priced in house (not interested in the ETA variant) Tudor BB with the black bezel and faux aged lume BNIB but.... you remember when I said I was gravitating towards a Tudor BB? Well the model I've been lusting after is actually the one with the blue bezel and leather strap. I can't seem to find this one for a good price though. Should I suck it up and buy the pretty well priced brand new Black Bay w/ Black Bezel or is that just WAY too similar to the sub?3. This might have my thread removed, but can anyone recommend a good AD? I've been searching high and low but no luck in finding a good prices for the Blue var
