Seiko SNKL33 wrist watches news:
Did they ever made a dial that was a 'starburst' color (Orange to red to black) that had a cutaway so you could see parts of the movement?
As I am having a lot of fun with my G9 I noticed a weekly contest on my favorite Canon G9 forum and the theme for this week was "TEXTURES".Being a WIS, of course the first thing that popped in my mind was the texture of MOP dial how much of a PITA it is to photograph...AnywayI tried :)Did not realize..........but this 16628 YM picture has a LOT of 'textures' :"Cement-Straw-Fabric-Brushed-Polished-SandBlasted-Gold-Mother-Of-Pearl-Rubies-Paint-Sapphire-Crystal-Luminova"
Hi guys,I have a 6 month old X-wind and I have a question. I just noticed recently that when I pull out the crown the dial moves towards the direction I am pulling. It's just a slight movement. I think the dial and the movement are not secured properly to the watch case. Or is this normal?thanks.
Hey i just bought a used Breitling Mark VI with a Blue Dial. To me its the most beatiful breitling watch ever. Anyone know why Breitling Discontiued the Mark Series?.I bought it used for $3900. I Took it to Breitling For Service. Cost Another $1200 With Complete Overhaul, 2 Links and a New Cristal.Glad i bought it used. I can only image this watch used to cost $14,000 Brand New.
I love the white metal and blue dials. Agree with some of the criticism of 5270 dial. From what I can see, the 5070 is ~ 120 (sealed/new) and the 5270 can be had for ~ 135-140. 1) thoughts?2) if I wear the watch in a rotation, I see how with the 5070 just set time and wind. But, with PC, do you wind when not wearing, or reset it and if the latter, is that an issue/cause wear?Thx
