Seiko SRP723K1S wrist watches news:
A real nice find on ebay on this rare 2 tone case.............No bidders except me on this one. Antiquorom had one 10 years ago #273 for $5,000 in a similar all platinum case design. I have that same case design as well in an 18K case. 2 tone case are much more rare!!! The economy for watches is either really really bad or no IWC fan is interested in these old ones except me. Has not been serviced in years I am sure but the rate is fantastic as-is. Winding is super smooth with a 42 hour power reserve.
There's no doubt that automatic winding units revolutionized the wristwatch. Several inventions, subsequent improvements, and even specific movements have had a vast influence on the industry. Take a look at the Valjoux 7750 series as a recent example - to say it's ubiquitous is an understatement! Regardless of how many watches are powered by a 7750, it didn't make the list because it didn't break new ground. The top 5 are in chronological order.Harwood bumperpatented: 1924This winding system may not have been the most efficient, but it was the first. It was the first 360˚ rotor wristwatch caliber and spawned a new direction in the industry. Combined with Rolex's trademark water resistant Oyster cas

Special thanks to RUpanerai for making this happen... Highly trustworthy and recommended seller.
As I wait patiently for my Deep Sea JC to arrive I am on a search for my next watch. I know the YM II is not as popular on this site as the LVc. But the LVc and the YMII are the two watches that have my attention, and that I can get my hands on this year. So I would love to know which one you like the best. The three choices are of course the SS, TT Steel and Everose Gold, and the Yellow Gold. I like them all but I am leaning towards to the TT.Also I noticed that the YMII is in many ADs. So if you got a discount and you care to share what percentage you may have gotten off that would help me out in the buying process. If you paid MSRP that is good information as well. So show us your pics of this beautiful watch and let me know what you think of these three. Thanks in advance!
