Seiko SNDA83 wrist watches news:
Bell & Ross has introduced new BR 123 and 126 models to their popular Vintage line, dubbed Sport Heritage models. The new watches are meant to be reminiscent of designs seen on the wrists of pilots and aeronautics enthusiasts in the 60s. We got the chance to sit down with the watches in Basel a few weeks ago and think we found one of the better value propositions of the show in the 123 Sport Heritage. 2 OF 12 At the helm of the collection are the 123 and 126 Falcon limited editions, which celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dassault Mystere-Falcon 20, a popular French jet used for business and government operations. These watches are differentiated by the jet's outline at 6 o'clock on the dial and a 50 years insignia on the case back. While they might be the highlights of the Sport Heritage collection, the watch that caught our eye was the entry-level Sport Heritage watch, the 123. 3 OF 12 The 123 Sport Heritage is a simple time and date affair, with large
Hey guys !I just finished up with this Elgin about an hour ago so I thought that I'd share my results !I have seen plenty of the larger size 6s trench watches in my day but I haven't ever seen one quite like this.IT'S 14k YELLOW GOLD FILLED ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Finding one in 14k YGF is EXTREMELY difficult, most are nickel or silverode. The B&B "Royal" case has nice and thick lugs that are 18mm in diameter, most cases with this design are only 16mm.I just took the movement apart for a good cleaning and timing adjustment, it's rock'n and roll'n now!Just installed a new inner sleeve on the on the stem and a brand new glass crystal too boot!I used a VERY NICE 18mm genuine Buffalo open ended band with a matching gold tone buckle.I think the band looks awesome with the 14k YGF trench case! The dial on this Elgin is just out of this world ! ! ! ! !VERY NICE enamel dial with ornate script Arabic numerals, not a hairline, chip or crack ! ! !AND ! ! ! The dial has a "MADE IN U.S.A." stamp
...anyone has a favorite Longines AD that would like to recommend? please send me a PM....how much of a discount can you expect on a Longines from an AD these days?
I have a new LumTec M17 and much to my dismay, during some early christmas festivities, I managed to knock the watch a couple of times and now there are a couple of small scratches that are annoying me greatly. So my question is, does anyone have any tips on how to touch up PVD on watches?
Hi All, New member here, I¡¯ve been eying a local Datejust 1603 and I was hoping you can help me with the purchase. What kind of things should I be looking for? The watch in question is pictured below. No box or papers. The only thing the seller provides is a servicing certificate. That dates back to late 2016. Does anything look off and what else should I look for?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
