- This watch is fantastic. If you think it looks nice in the picture it is 100 times nicer once it is on your wrist. I bought this watch to wear on the weekends, but will likely wear it much more often.

Omega 324.30.384.006.001 wrist watches news:
When the average person thinks ¡°watchmaker¡±, they picture an older man in a white lab coat working in the mountains of Switzerland. Watch retailer Tourneau is challenging that image with a program that gives disadvantaged kids in New York City a chance at a watchmaking career. Company executives gathered recently to recognize the program¡¯s newest group of graduates.Launched last year, the Tourneau Watchmaker Program was the brainchild of Terry Irby, a soft-spoken watchmaker who manages Tourneau¡¯s service center, which is located in Long Island City in the borough of Queens, New York. Facing an ever-increasing number of watches needing service (currently about 600 per week), Irby needed to expand his staff ¨C not an easy task in the United States, where qualified watchmakers are in high demand.Irby¡¯s idea was simple ¨C partner with the Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day School, also known as CDI, an institution that helps teens who are no longer in school get back on the right path. I usually don't express these sorts of thoughts on forums, but I think quite a few here will be able to relateI was browsing "that other" Rolex forum earlier today, and read a post where someone had put a red/black NATO strap on his Daytona. Some of the responses to his post were downright rude! I'm a huge fan of freedom of expression, but rudeness is just not necessary. The odd thing is none of the responses were later deleted, either. If you don't like what someone's done to his/her watch, of course it's fine to say so (especially if the owner is asking for comments), but it is easily done without going over the line. Anyway, I have never seen that here, nor would I expect to! This is a far more civilized bunch. Cheers
Want to buy this for my husband:Seiko Men's SNDB03 Stainless Steel Chronograph Black Dial WatchCan't find any reviews. Does anyone own this watch? Looking for PROS & CONS.
Hi guys, new member here. I've recently fallen in love with the 114060 and just had a few questions before I take the plunge. Also, I realize there will likely be a waiting list for this one, but I'm not in a rush at all, so no worries.1. How often would I need to get it serviced, assuming every day wear, and taking it on dives 0-2 times a year? How much does this usually cost?2. I am thinking of putting it on an Everest or Rubber B clasp strap immediately (just because I like the casual/black look). I will probably keep the brand new bracelet in the box. Is it weird to have the watch age, but have a brand new strap (for example if I decide to sell it a few years down the line)? Is this actually more desirable, or no difference? Also, please let me know if there's anything else I've forgotten to consider. Thanks very much guys!
