Hi Guys first post, I have various Omegas a Rolex Sub and two Longines, Hydro Conquest and Vittesse, and I get more compliments about how good the Hydro conquest is than any of the others,and I mean every week someone comments on how its one of the best divers watches available, I dont dive, not in water anyway, is it that good.on a seperate note my boss is a Ferrari owner and recently gave me a copie os this years Ferrari year book and I was very interested to read that Enzo Ferraris favourite watch was a Longine, not sure which model, but it impressed me nontheless.

Longines Repair
I have a ladies 18K Dolce Vita. Somehow while I was wearing the watch the back came off. It was a SS back. The repair shop is telling me that the SS is not available and trying to charge me $725 for an 18K. I was thinking of buying a SS watch on ebay and using the back for my watch. Is this repair shop just trying to take me for a ride or what?
