- This watch is easy to read as well as attractive. Not too heavy to wear--just the right fit (and I was able to shorten it to fit the wrist).

Raymond Weil 1500-ST-05303 wrist watches news:
Welcome back to an original watches-dealer feature, "My First Grail Watch." In this series, we ask prominent people in the watch industry about the first timepiece that they lusted after. Today, we are speaking with Bart Gr?nefeld, the elder of the two brothers at the helm of their eponymous company, Gr?nefeld Watches. It's interesting to learn that, while he is responsible for some amazing high-end pieces these days, he started off just like many of us, with a simple LCD watch.watches-dealer (ABTW): Who are you, and what is your relationship to the watch industry?Bart Gr?nefeld: I'm Bart Gr?nefeld. 45 years young and the older brother of Tim Gr?nefeld. I don't feel very connected with the watch industry. I feel more connected to the watch artisans that make a few watches a year. Some of them are brands, but most of them make only a few watches per year. Most of them are very good friends.ABTW: When did your fascination with watches start?Bart Gr?nefeld: At a very young age, I was fasc
Hello everybody,I'm trying to make a decision as to what I should buy for my first automatic watch.I was originally drawn to the Seiko divers based on their value alone, then some Hamilton's started to catch my eye on the basis of their clean military styling, and the brand's Lancaster, Pennsylvania roots where I live nearby.After reviewing all the Hamilton options online I keyed in on this particular model the 42mm Field Auto in a SS bracelet:Today at lunch I ventured to a Tourneau shop to see what they had. Compared to the available pricing I've seen online I was surprised to see everything listed at full MSRP. They did not have the watch I was looking for but another caught my eye, the King Scuba and I am confused....to say the least:Perhaps if i were able to examine both It would be an easier decision to make.Your thoughts and (pictures!) would be much appreciated;
What I have here are two very beautiful time pieces. Both unique in their own way yet carry an unprecedented amount of class (as all Hamilton¡¯s do). Now one of these watches will be in my possession. So I have two questions. One, simply what is your opinion on the BelowZero Auto vs. the Field Mechanical Officer? And two, what do you gain, or lose, on an automatic movement in comparison to a hand winding? I like the idea, very timeless in a sense, but I¡¯ve never owned one. Your words are appreciated.
Here is a picture of the panerai travel case Eonflux had a give away.First thing ive ever won. Pretty cool case and a pic of my PAM 359. I will put this case in good use.
I currently only have one Rolex which is the YG DD40. I am thinking of adding a SS sports Rolex. I am looking closely at the Yachtmaster II. Searching the forums, it doesn't appear to be very popular as I can only find a small handful of threads on this. Can existing owners share some pictures and your ownership experience? Also, what do you think of the 2017 version ( with new hands ) compared to the 2015 version?BTW, sharing a very cool pic of YM2 that I found in IG.
