Swiss watch brand Marvin is launching a new collection in the United States. The 160 year old brand offers more than 110 styles of men¡¯s and women¡¯s watches for sale in the U.S. this fall. Retail price points range from $780 to $2,500 for watches with mechanical movements. Marvin watches feature automatic and manual winding movements, as well as quartz. Some models offer display backs. Both automatic and quartz watches are made with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Marvin watches are available in a variety of styles. The brand’s signature color – red – at eight o¡¯clock and on the inside of the leather band is one of the brand¡¯s distinguishing features. Here's my 6138 - 0030 to start things off.I've had the body polished and crystal replaced. It works fine except for a creeping 12hour register, but it does reset to 12. Usually i reset it at 8 am or 8 pm so that I have both Malaysian time (gmt +8) and gmt time.It's on a non-stock solid metal bracelet which has been ground down to an 18mm lug size. I've got the original folded metal strap but its too short for my hand and feels a bit on the flimsy side

Sutton Crystal question..
I'm looking for a new crystal for my Sutton watch. I've contacted a couple of dealers and they ask if I know the SUC part number.. I have no clue to what that might be..can anyone on this board help me?

New Guy with questions about used watches and engraving.
Hello,I am new here and have been looking around for a few weeks. I have a few questions. I love watches but as many are I am on a budget. I am learing more all the time but I do not know that much about watches like you guys seem to. I have currently about 20 watches...Some nice most just regular. My favorite is a Bulova Marine Star that my wife bought me when I graduated with my Bachelors in 2001 and my best watch is a Tag Huer 1500 that I bought used on ebay (same model Barak Obama wears as I learned on this forum). And that brings me to my 2 questions. First, the Tag I bought on ebay seemed like a good deal to me and I always see watches there that seem affordable. Some vintage Seikos, Hamiltons, Omega, Tag's etc. But around here it seems you guys groan when talking about ebay. Where else is a good place to buy used watches? I feel comfortable with ebay because you can check out the seller ahead of time and if you use pay pal and get a fake or somethig you have some leve
