How to resize a watchadoo braclet?
I have just received a Watchadoo bracelet for my Black Monster, along with a spring bar tool. I have never tried to any of this before but thought I'd give it a go.I managed to put on the bracelet, but it was quite a tight fit. I thought I might have needed to file down the ends of the bracelet, but got it on in the end.But, the bracelet is too long and needs adjusting. I thought that I would be able to do this too but haven't been able to. I found some instructions on the web, but it didn't really seem to work for me.So, and suggestions on how to do this? Do I need a special tool? Do I try and push in where the arrows are, or in the direction the arrows are pointing?Any help greatly appreciated!

I.W.C. service or lack of your views
Dear Members,I am sorry to say I am less then impressed with the quality of service provided by I.W.C. who as a leading watch house leave a lot to be desired I received my Aquatimer 3536-02 back from service not in a nice soft case like most other brands I have used no just wrapped in tissue paper and in a clear plastic bag.That was not all I asked for the service history and age of the watch as I did not buy it new, none of which was given or any reason for not doing so. and bear in mind all of this took 4 month's !!!!!!!!!!!There was no detail as regards what work had being done unlike other brands who list parts replaced and in a number of cases return the old parts.All in all a very disappointing experience which left me light in the pocket to the tune of ¡ê457.00As ever your views and comments would be welcomeKind regards Walter Wharton

This looks like an awesome forum and I hope to get more involved. I am looking to make my first luxury watch purchase and have narrowed my search down to a Rolex Submariner or the Omega Seamaster Professional. The Rolex is a little more than I want to spend right now but will revisit in the future. That being said I have been looking for a gently pre-owned 2531.80, 2220.80, or 212.30.41.20.03.001. I am new to this so my first question is what should I be looking for? Is Box and papers the best way? Is it really safe to buy from the forums as someone has suggested?I was going through the awards offers available on my Amex and there was on offer for a $450 statement credit on a $1500 purchase from Gray and Sons in Miami. They have a watch that fits the bill but at $3300 seems very high. I contacted them and they are willing to reduce to $2950 so with the statement credit that's $2500. Is that reasonable? I haven't spoken to them yet so I am not sure what the watch comes with other

ROO vs Aquanaut
As my daily watch I currently have a Steel AP Royal Oak Offshore which I am looking to 'trade in' for something a little more fancy, I want a bit of rose gold in my daily watch!The obvious upgrade would be a 44mm rose gold Offshore, but I think it is just a little too much, though I absolutely love how it looks on it's own, not sure when I wear it...That leaves me looking today at the PP store and admiring the Rose Gold Aquanaut, 5164R.Whilst the ROO 44mm and 5164R are very different in style, I have somehow narrowed it down to these two! They both have rubber straps, rose gold, useful complications and are just beautiful watches. The PP is a slimmer design, so less likely to get knocked than the bulky ROO, but has a more easily scratched rose gold bezel, compared to the ROO's ceramic.The price of both is similar as I plan on buying brand new from my local AD, neither brand would offer discounts on list price.Any thoughts on either of these watches - particularly as a daily watch?
