- Absolutely gorgeous. But the clasp on the bracelet wasn't very good and it fell off a week after I bought it. But very very pretty.

Seiko SKP333 wrist watches news:
Dear readers,we have a very interesting news for you about the Daytona Paul Newman red dials. This topic created many discussions and doubts between collectors, dealers and in the specialized forums.Somebody says that these dials are fake, somebody that they are original and they spend a fortune to have this type of watch with the red dial.Osvaldo Patrizzi spoke to Singer & Cie SA, the company that produced the dials for Rolex in the past, and now we know the truth about this famous red dial. This letter explains that Singer made an expertise of the* red/black Rolex Paul Newman dial of the ref. 6263 series No. 6625090 and the managing director affirms that this dial is original and was produced by Singer Ateliers in the Sixties. Here you have the text in French written by the managing director of Singer & Cie SA.We remind you that the original letter written by Singer will be published in the book Rolex Daytona Story, coming out in 2012 and already available for reservations.Rolex
As I mentioned in another thread my Khaki Field Automatic Chronograph arrived today. The color of the dial is amazing. I am so glad I got the brown instead of the black. This is also my first and only NATO style strap so I think I am going to leave it on the watch for a while. I noticed that the instruction manual was fairly thick. I thought this meant it was fully comprehensive. I soon found out that it was only six pages repeated in a couple dozen languages. Even still, I now know what a telemeter measures. If the storms in the northeast get any worse I might try it out. The Hammie goodness did not end with the watch today. Now that I got the bug, I went on to Abebooks and located a copy of Rene Rondeaus out-of-print Hamilton Collectors Guide (not the Electric Watch book). After I got home I received a phone call from the book dealer, all the way from Juneau, Alaska, letting me know that the book shipped out today. Could today get any Hammier?

Hey there,I'm new here so forgive me if this a silly question but I have done a bit a research and found no real answer either way.I love the shape of the Aquanaut 5167 but I can not stand the look of (non-date) numbers on a watch face. Are there any, official or otherwise, options out there for this watch without a numbered face? In my dream scenario I would be able to have a ss aquanaut with a nautilus face. I know many will just recommend a nautilus- I am not a big fan of the double eared look. Thanks for any help.
Good day TRF members, I thought I would first introduce myself informally as i have been lingering as spectator for years and then joined the forum not too long ago. I wanted to document my thought process and decision on why I choose to pull the trigger on a Panerai. I purchased it over a year ago and In my quest I always found posts helpful when people were doing a long term review and thought I would share my findings.I know the title of my thread is a personal questions however there might be other out there who are facing similar questions. Even though this is a sub category in a Rolex forum, I personally prefer this network and the people much more than the Paneristi and watchuseek forums. shhh don't tell them that I've own the watch for a while and have had various other watches, Rolex Date-just, Tag Heuer, Tourneau, and some beaters. The reasons why I chose a Panerai were for the following.1. The simple and classic design2. The size of the watch3. Less in the wild4. Value for
