What is acceptable accuracy?
My Bond LE is now 3-4 weeks old and I just started monitoring it. It has the new co-axial movement.It is running +4 to +5 seconds. It gained 23 seconds in 6 days. I know that there is a break-in period for new watches. What is the typical break-in period, and what is a reasonable (acceptablel) plus or minus for accuracy? I'm not a stickler, but want it to be within acceptable limits. Thanks to all,Barry

Hello, I would like some input from ORIS owners on durability and reliability of your watches. My brother recently bought a divers,second,date, and when I saw it I fell in love with it. I have been looking at the divers date and the Titan date, my question to you is other than diving how tough are these things in the real world, I am an avid outdoorsmen and would like a watch that can handle it as well as look good. I was looking at the Tissot T-touch experts but now I want an Oris, just want to make the right choice. Thanks

Mathey Tissot - Values and Year of Manufacture Please
Does anyone have any information on an old Mathey Tissot Watch. My husband inherited these (there are 2 Omegas that someone already dated and valued in the Omega Forum) and we'd like to know the info on this Mathey Tissot Watch. The watch in question has been cleaned, crystal polished, generally overhauled by a professional jeweler. It is a Mathey Tissot, 14K, 17 Jewel, Case #867543 and another number AS 1361N...If anyone would care to make an educated guess as to value and year of manufacture my Husband and I would be delighted. I've added a pic that hopefully is coming through correctly. Thanks very much. - Colleen

well,I want to thank everyone for their input on this.. I pulled the trigger on the AP Legacy.It was between this and the RG ROO RC that I also like, but in person, the legacy steals the show hands down IMO.pics just dont do this watch any good. its big, its bold, its ceramic which is just as scratch resistant as a saphire crystal.. the strap is made from kevlar, it has rosegold pushers and other parts, to be honest, I think it has the best of everything. so I went with the legacy. They only made 1500 so in the long run, I could always get a 44 RG ROO but not a Legacy. It is a monster of a watch and it has the DLC/PVD look, but i dont ever have to worry about scratches which is the best part. I was told this is the very first watch Audemars has ever done with the entire case ceramic. The ONLY thing that turns be off about the RG 44mm Roo is that it has stick markers instead of arabic numbers. I prefer the numbers. That's why I kept the choice between the refereshed RG ROO RC and The L

Looks like the crown is now on the dials on at least the ones I've looked at. Does that mean the new watches don't have it etched in the crystal now?
