Great watch, a classic hand-wind with Swiss Unitas movement, very accurate, is a watch but wears er, 23mm strap is nice, wish the lugs were 24mm, overall a great watch at a great price.

I found this TAG's photo on Nordstrom web to be quite nicer than the actual watch. It was simply to shiny and could not justify the price I paid for it. This is nothing to do do with it's craftsmanship and overall quality.

Hi Folks: I was wondering if there are people here who tend to specialize in collecting Elgin watches and what they find challenging and attractive about this line of watches. I probably see more Elgin watches than anything else and I will agree that they can be very pretty. For myself, though, there seems to be way too much variance among the many pieces. Change dial on my 15300...
..I really like my black dialed 15300, but thinking it could be fun to have a white dial as well, I know with Rolex this is not a problem (in Sweden anyway) but how is it with AP???Have any of you guys changed dials? if yes, what was the cost, did you keep your old dial???Anyone having a extra White 15300 dial, please PM me...

Ok, so after debating for quite some time between the blue and white, I decided to go with the underdog. Thank you guys for all the support... You know who you are. I definitely love the look and it's fresh as fresh can get... So elegant, perfect and the dial just pops. If I need a blue fix I can turn to my Pp 5712 or my blue AP 15400 (Thank God).
